It’s time for the KLSA 2025 PHOTO CONTEST!!!
KLSA is hard at work preparing for the publication of our annual “Lake Water Quality Report,” and we are looking for a special photo to use on our front cover! This is a great opportunity to browse through your photos and relive some of those special moments! Photos should be submitted by email to klsa@klsa.info by 11pm March 2, 2025.
We welcome any photos featuring our beautiful Kawartha Lakes. The winning photo will be used on our front cover while runner-up photos will be shared throughout the report.
Contest Rules and Requirements
1. Photos should be submitted by email to klsa@klsa.info by 11pm March 2, 2025.
2. Please make sure that you have the rights to the photo.
3. For a photo in which a person is recognizable, you must have their permission (and in the case of a minor, the subject’s parent or guardian permission). The printed and electronic reports are distributed widely to the public.
4. Each person may submit up to 3 photos.
5. The photo must be in landscape orientation, and have a minimum 300dpi resolution. Please note: most cellphone cameras will not have adequate resolution. Winners will be asked to submit a high -resolution version of the photo for use by KLSA.
6. In your email or Facebook post, please include the location where the photo was taken.
