We are pleased to have Dr. Brian Cumming provide the preliminary results on the sediment core sampling project. Brian is Professor of Paleolimnology and Aquatic Ecology, Paleoecological Environmental Assessment and Research Laboratory (PEARL), Queens University. The title of his presentations is “Kawartha Lakes Paleolimnology Study (Collection, Analysis and Age Dating of Sediment Cores”. Dr. Cumming, is the lead Scientist on the Project and his speciality is sediment core analysis.
Also, there will be an update on water quality in the Kawartha Lakes, updates from the Lake Associations and other KLSA activities. All are welcome.
