Team of volunteers

Volunteer

Volunteering with KLSA tells us that you have a curious mind, and a passion for your lake and community! Volunteer opportunities include community science programs such as water sampling, or our climate change monitoring program. Our Natural Edge program is always looking for volunteers to help with shoreline re-naturalization.

Volunteering to serve on our Board of Directors is also a great way to get involved. We need people with all kinds of skills and backgrounds including in the areas of communications, social media and website content, fundraising, legal, accounting, aquatic biology and more. This is a great opportunity for you to connect with people on different lakes, learn about issues impacting the health of the Kawartha Lakes, and to give back to your lake community in a meaningful way.
